HOME » WHAT WE DO » Studies for Environmental licensing

The environmental study that guides the environmental licensing activities or projects potentially polluters in line with the Resolution CONAMA 01/1986 is the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) prepared in accordance with Term of Reference (TOR)duly approved by the environmental agency responsible for licensing.

Besides EIA should be prepared the Environmental Impact Report (EIR), which is a document that has as its purpose to present the objective and the appropriate project or activity for general public understanding.

The EIA has as object the diagnosis of potential natural and socioeconomic impacts of development and measures for mitigation, enhancement, compensation and control of these impacts. Since the EIR provides essential information to make the population aware of the advantages and disadvantages of the project and the environmental consequences of their implementation.

The CTA is structured to provide and qualify technical team with experience in preparing studies of Environmental Impact, thus providing security to its customers and flexibility in obtaining the environmental permit, since they know the legal procedures for the licensing of activities or projects requiring an EIS / EIR.
